Sugar Cookie Ingredients

Sweet William's sugar cookies are always baked fresh to order using flour, granulated sugar, powdered sugar, butter, eggs, meringue powder, pure vanilla extract, salt and food colorings.  The chocolate cookies also contain dutch processed cocoa powder.


Cookie Cakes:  Cookie cake ingredients include butter, eggs, flour, granulated and brown sugars, salt, and pure flavorings.  Cookie cakes may also contain chocolate chips, cocoa and nuts.

Allergy Alert

In addition to our sugar cookies, Sweet William's also makes other cookies and treats which may contain nuts. For this reason, it is not recommended that anyone with a food allergy consume our products.

Pricing for Custom Cookies

Pricing for a custom order is based on the number of cookies and the detail of the design.  For a custom order quote, simply visit the contact page, and email us with the listed information.  We will respond within 24 hours.  Pricing includes the cookies being packaged individually in cellophane bags and heat sealed, or may be sealed with a sticker or coordinating ribbon unless otherwise noted.  Once the quote is accepted, you will receive an invoice which can be paid through Paypal.

Minimum Order (For Custom Orders)

To avoid waste, Sweet William's requires a minimum order of one dozen cookies, and cannot split an order of dough (1/2 sugar-1/2 chocolate) unless the order is for more than 12 cookies.

Payment for Custom Orders

We accept payment by cash, check or credit cards through

.  You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay with a credit card.  Payment must be made in advance in order to secure your place on the cookie calendar.  Payments not received within 14 days of the production date cannot be honored and the order will not be processed.  If paying by check, the check must be recieved within 14 days of the shipping/pick up date so that the check may be processed.

For orders placed several months in advance (such as a wedding), we may require a 50% deposit when the order is placed with the balance being due 14 days prior to the event or shipping date.

Cancellations

For payments made in advance, you may cancel up to 14 days prior to the event date to receive a full refund.  A 50% refund will be given for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event date.  No refunds can be issued for orders canceled within 7 days of the event date.

Packaging

All decorated sugar cookies are packaged in a clear cellophane bag which is heat sealed, closed with a sticker or coordinating ribbon.   The packaging for decorated sugar cookies is included in the price unless otherwise stated.

Shipping (Available for Custom Sugar Cookies Only)

Sweet William's ships by USPS priority mail, and charges a flat rate for shipping and handling.  Shipping fees are listed below.  We take great care to package our cookies for safe arrival at their destination.  However, once they leave the shop, we cannot take responsibility for the handling of the cookies which could result in breakage. 

Shipping and Handling Fees:   $12 for orders up to $48.00
                                                      $15 for orders up to $110.00
                                                      $20 for orders up to $150.00

Cookie Calendar

We request that all custom orders be placed as far in advance as possible so that we can place your order on the cookie calendar.  Please understand that the process of decorated sugar cookies is all done by hand, and can take 3-4 days total in preparation and drying time before the cookies can be safely packaged.  We ask that you keep this in mind when placing your order and determining your shipping date.
